Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead our Utilities and Facility Management operations . The role requires strong technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, preventive and breakdown maintenance, compliance management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operations & Maintenance : Oversee daily operation and preventive / corrective maintenance of all utility and facility systems, including :

Electrical systems (HT / LT panels, transformers, DG sets)

HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, compressors, boilers)

DI water treatment plants, ETP, and pumping systems
