About This Role
We&aposre looking for an experienced HR leader to drive our India operations while supporting our global team. You&aposll be the go-to HR expert for our Hyderabad office, ensuring compliance, building great employee experiences, and partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives.
What You&aposll Do
India HR Leadership
- Lead HR operations for our India team, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and workplace culture initiatives
- Manage benefits, vendor relationships, and office operations for Hyderabad location
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
Global & Regional Support
Support EMEA operations and collaborate on global HR strategyPartner with VP, HR on workforce planning and organizational developmentLead special projects and cross-functional initiativesProvide accounting oversight and budget management supportTeam Development
Manage and develop HR team membersCreate data-driven HR metrics and analyticsExecute comprehensive project plans with measurable outcomesWhat We&aposre Looking For
Required :
Bachelor&aposs degree in HR, Business, or related field10+ years of HR experience with leadership responsibilitiesExperience with Indian labor laws and local business practicesKnowledge of UK HR practices, laws, and policiesStrong employee relations and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and project management abilitiesProficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft OfficePreferred
Experience with US-based companies or global operationsTeam management and development experienceHR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, etc.)Advanced degree (MBA, Master&aposs in HR)Why You&aposll Love This Role
