The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work.

Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating with payroll teams and validating employee attendance, leaves, and reimbursements.
- Coordinate employee attendance, leaves, and timesheet management.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management on HR-related queries.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Assist in statutory compliance related to labor laws and internal audits.
- Generate HR reports and analytics as required by management.
- Collaborate with recruitment, training, and other HR teams as needed.
- Handle routine employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes.

Bachelor's degree7 - 10 years of experience in HR or related fieldStrong organization, communication and conflict resolution skillsDemonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasksProficient in Microsoft Office suite
