Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – HR to lead our human resources function across all branches. The ideal candidate will be a people-first leader who can design and implement robust HR strategies, drive employee engagement, and ensure smooth HR operations for a workforce of 300+ professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR strategy, policies, and processes across all Valueline branches.
  • Drive talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning to support business growth.
  • Oversee performance management, training, and development programs.
  • Draft and implement clear organizational hierarchies and reporting structures.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Manage payroll, employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Build a strong culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Partner with leadership and department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail, luxury, or allied industries.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proven track record of managing HR operations for large teams (250+ employees).
  • Experience in organizational structure design and hierarchy drafting.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and labor laws.
  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
