Role Summary :
We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead and scale our People function. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, building strong performance systems, implementing OKRs across teams, and driving a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Own end-to-end hiring process across departments (marketing, ops, supply chain, tech, creative)
- Build a strong candidate pipeline through internal and external channels
- Partner with leadership to define hiring plans and org structure
OKR Implementation
Roll out company-wide OKR (Objectives and Key Results) systemWork with team leads to define quarterly / annual goals aligned to business visionRun monthly and quarterly OKR review cycles and maintain visibility dashboardsPerformance Management
Drive bi-annual performance review processDesign appraisal, feedback, and growth systemsAlign compensation, incentives, and learning programs to performanceCulture & People Development
Promote a culture of accountability, clarity, and ownershipOrganize team offsites, learning sessions, and engagement initiativesAct as a strategic advisor to founders and department headsWho You Are :
6–10 years of experience in HR; preferably in D2C, consumer, or startup ecosystemsStrong exposure to OKRs, KPIs, and performance systemsHands-on experience in recruiting across levels and departmentsStrategic thinker with execution muscle and empathyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhat We Offer :
