Job Description :

We&aposre seeking an experienced Manager - Human Resources to join our firm. The successful candidate will oversee the appraisal process, supervise recruitment activities, and handle general HR functions, including payroll management. This role requires a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the appraisal process, ensuring timely completion and accurate ratings
• Supervise recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
• Handle general HR functions, such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance
• Manage payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies
• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement
