Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen our people function. This is not just an administrative HR role — you will play a critical part in shaping our team culture, aligning HR initiatives with business goals, and ensuring our workforce is engaged, motivated, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition : Post openings, manage sourcing and interviews, and partner with department leads to hire talent aligned with company culture. Ensure smooth onboarding and strengthen employer branding.
- Employee Relations : Address employee concerns with confidentiality and professionalism, mediate conflicts, promote wellness initiatives, and maintain a healthy workplace culture.
- Performance Management : Lead performance reviews, define KPIs, provide feedback frameworks, and support improvement plans where needed.
- Training & Development : Identify training needs, organize skill-building programs, and create clear career development paths for employees.
- Compliance & Legal : Ensure HR practices align with Indian labor laws and international standards; maintain accurate HR policies and enforce workplace safety protocols.
- HR Strategy & Workforce Planning : Partner with leadership to align people strategies with company growth, support succession planning, and champion diversity and inclusion.
- Employee Data & HR Systems : Manage HR software (HRIS), track HR metrics, generate reports for leadership, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Policy Development : Keep employee handbooks updated; implement policies on conduct, attendance, and workplace behavior.
- Exit Management : Oversee exit procedures, conduct exit interviews, and ensure smooth offboarding processes.
Qualifications
3+ years of proven HR management experience, preferably in a technology or IT consulting company (mandatory).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.In-depth understanding of Indian labor law; familiarity with global compliance is a plus.Prior experience supporting distributed teams across regions is an advantage.Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive, forward-thinking approach.Analytical mindset with ability to leverage HR software for process efficiency.Proven ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented workplace.Experience managing HR functions for companies of 20+ employees .Expectations
