Roles & Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer roll-out & onboarding.
Focused hiring for PCG Sales & Advisor (mid-level roles) across wealth & equity markets.
Partner with business heads & hiring managers to understand manpower needs and design effective hiring plans.
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, headhunting, and campus hiring .
Draft job descriptions , screen resumes, conduct HR rounds, and schedule interviews with business teams.
Drive salary negotiations, offer roll-outs, and smooth onboarding .
Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reporting for leadership review.
Support talent mapping, succession planning, and pipeline building for critical positions.
Handle mid & senior-level recruitment including PCG RM, PCG Desk Heads, PCG Advisors, , PCG Support role
Actively engage in employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
Desired Candidate Profile :
MBA / Graduate with 5-8 years of recruitment experience .
Prior experience in PCG Sales, Wealth Hiring, Bank Sales Hiring, or Broking mid-level recruitment is mandatory.
Strong domain knowledge of equity market hiring .
Language proficiency : English, Kannada(Compulsory), Hindi (preferred).
Hands-on experience in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other hiring platforms .
Strong communication, stakeholder management & negotiation skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven with ability to deliver under deadlines.
