Responsibilities :

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :

Identify and target potential clients for contract staffing solutions.

Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.

Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Market Research and Analysis :

Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions related to contract staffing.

Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Provide insights to the leadership team on market dynamics and potential areas for growth.

Sales Strategy Development :

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with business goals.

Proposal Creation and Presentation :

Performance Monitoring and Reporting :

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in business development, with a focus on contract staffing or workforce solutions.

Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and contract staffing trends.
