Role Overview :

We are seeking a visionary VP of Technology to lead our technology strategy, innovation, and execution.

This role is critical in driving digital transformation, building scalable trading platforms, and ensuring seamless technology operations across front-end and back-end systems.

The VP of Technology will lead a team of developers, engineers, and architects to deliver secure, high-performance, and user-centric solutions for millions of clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technology Leadership : Define and execute the companys technology roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Platform Development : Oversee end-to-end design and development of trading platforms (web, mobile, APIs), ensuring scalability, high availability, and low latency.
• Engineering Excellence : Establish best practices in software engineering, architecture, DevOps, cloud, and security.
• Team Management : Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams with a focus on innovation and accountability.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance : Ensure systems comply with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and regulatory requirements while embedding strong security practices.
• Innovation & Research : Drive adoption of new-age technologies (AI / ML, data analytics, microservices, cloud-native) to enhance customer experience.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal stakeholders, product teams, and external vendors to deliver technology solutions.
• Operational Resilience : Ensure uptime, disaster recovery, and performance optimization of mission-critical systems.
