About the Role
We seek a dynamic Manager - Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy to lead our brand's presence across all digital channels.
This role requires a blend of creative strategy and analytical rigor to drive brand consideration, acquire new customers, and maximize online engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy : Conceptualize, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across paid media (PPC, social), SEO / SEM, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Brand Management : Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, managing the brand's voice and visual identity in the digital sphere.
- Performance Marketing : Manage marketing budgets, optimize campaign performance against key KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, LTV), and drive measurable ROI.
- Content & Social Media : Oversee the content calendar and social media strategy, working with agencies or internal teams to create engaging, high-performing content.
- Analytics & Reporting : Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM data) to generate insights on customer behavior and campaign effectiveness, presenting findings to senior Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM with a specialization in Marketing or Strategy from a leading institute.
- 1-4 years of experience with a strong focus on digital marketing and brand strategy.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale performance marketing campaigns and measuring their success.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and content management platforms.
