Job description1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related field. Working knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, or Moz. Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or HubSpot. Strong understanding of SEO / SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data reporting and analysis. Good communication and writing skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Google Ads or HubSpot certification is a plus. Experience working in B2B / B2C or agency environments. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing software is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email.
- Manage social media platforms with regular content posting, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Optimize website and landing page content to improve SEO rankings and organic visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create engaging marketing materials.
- Manage and monitor paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), including budget tracking and bid adjustments.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Generate weekly / monthly reports on campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, impressions, and conversions.
