Senior Human Resources Manager

As a Sr. Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, extensive HR knowledge, and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

Key Accountabilities :

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates.

Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, collaboration, and employee engagement.

Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution.

Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.

Design and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance improvement and career development.

Identify training needs and coordinate the design and delivery of training programs.

Develop career development plans for employees to enhance their skills and competencies.

Manage the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Conduct salary benchmarking and make recommendations for salary adjustments.

Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with company values and legal requirements.

Ensure HR policies are effectively communicated to employees and consistently applied.

Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

Manage the offboarding process, conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback to improve employee retention.

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Handle legal matters related to HR, such as disciplinary actions, terminations, and workplace investigations.

Prepare HR reports and metrics to provide insights on HR trends and performance.

Utilize data analytics to drive HR decisions and improve HR processes.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.

Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Skills and Knowledge :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience (typically 7+ years) as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, with a strong understanding of all HR functions.

In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices related to HR management.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the HR team and employees.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees and stakeholders.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and strategic approach to HR decision-making.

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Proficient in using HR software, including Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, and performance management systems.
