We are looking for a dynamic and people-driven HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function at our India office. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance, with the ability to manage a fast-paced and creative team environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and systems aligned with Aldrich’s global standards.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee training & development initiatives in coordination with Aldrich Academy (internship and training programs).
- Coordinate with global offices (UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia) to align HR strategies and reporting structures.
- Manage HR compliance, statutory filings, and maintain employee records.
- Support leadership in manpower planning and organizational development.
- Drive employee engagement, team-building activities, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a corporate, events, or consulting setup.Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in HRMS tools, MS Office, and modern recruitment platforms.Ability to work independently and manage multi-location coordination.What We Offer :
