About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, good communication, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.
Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
- Source profiles through job portals, social media, references, and professional networks.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
Qualifications :
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field.2–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in a fast-paced environment).Strong understanding of hiring practices and market trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools / portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).Required Skills :
Strong sourcing skills.Good communication.Ability to close positions within defined timelines.Preferred Skills :
Experience in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with diverse roles and functions.Pay range and compensation package : Up to INR 7 LPA
