We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with over 5 years of expertise in EPC recruitment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the engineering, procurement, and construction sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the EPC industry and a proven track record of successful hires.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization, focusing on EPC roles.
- Talent Sourcing : Identify and attract high-caliber candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
- Candidate Screening : Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Employer Branding : Enhance the company's employer brand by promoting a positive image and showcasing the organization's culture and values.
- Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications :
