Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Client Servicing and New Business Development (NBD) Manager. The role involves managing client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining communication with external and internal stakeholders, and collaborating with teams to implement client programs effectively. The Manager will play a key role in aligning client needs with business offerings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Client Services, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders
• Understanding of financial aspects related to client engagements and business development
• Ability to manage relationships with clients and partners while ensuring alignment with business goals
• Prior experience in the loyalty, rewards, or engagement industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
