Job description

Job Title : Manager - Client Servicing (Digital).

Location : Mumbai.

Experience Required : 3-4 years in Client Servicing

Working Day : Alternate Saturday working.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and ensuring all deliverables align with their expectations.

Account Management :

Oversee the day-to-day operational activities for assigned accounts, including campaign planning, execution, and performance excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas, updates, and reports to clients and internal teams.

Project Coordination :

Work closely with cross-functional teams-creative, strategy, content, and media-to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaign assets.

Content & Campaign Ideation :

Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to research, conceptualize, and develop engaging content ideas that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Problem Solving :

Address and resolve client concerns efficiently, providing timely solutions and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Detail Orientation :

Maintain high standards of accuracy, ensuring all communications and deliverables are grammatically correct, visually consistent, and strategically aligned.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in Client Servicing, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage both client and internal team relationships effectively.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate and present innovative campaign ideas.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.

Experience Requirements :

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in digital client servicing, preferably in advertising, media, or creative services industries.
  • Hands-on experience working on integrated campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of industries such as BFSI, Energy, and Retail will be an added advantage.
