Role Summary :

We are seeking a high-potential professional to support deal structuring, capital raising, and financial analysis for large-scale AI Data Centre and Clean Energy projects . This role will focus on building financial models, preparing investment materials, coordinating due diligence, and supporting leadership in transaction execution and investor engagement .

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project finance, investment banking, or infrastructure funds , with a passion for enabling the growth of digital and sustainable infrastructure

Key Tasks and Accountability :

Deal Structuring & Execution :

• Support team in structuring equity, debt, and hybrid financing solutions.
• Build and maintain robust financial models for projects and transactions.
• Assist in the preparation and review of term sheets, contracts, and transaction documents.
• Conduct benchmarking, valuation analysis, and scenario modeling.
