• Appraise loan proposals & meet customers.
• Lead & motivate Sales Officers & sourcing agents.
• Plan monthly marketing activities & drive business.
• Ensure team productivity targets are achieved.
• Manage delinquent accounts & support closures.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Graduate with 3–10 yrs experience (4+ in LAP / Housing Finance).

✅ Strong in sales & collections.
