Position Title : Associate – Deal Structuring & Fundraising

Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka

Role Summary :

We are seeking a high-potential professional to support deal structuring, capital raising, and financial analysis for large-scale AI Data Centre and Clean Energy projects. This role will focus on building financial models, preparing investment materials, coordinating due diligence, and supporting leadership in transaction execution and investor engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project finance, investment banking, or infrastructure funds, with a passion for enabling the growth of digital and sustainable infrastructure

Key Tasks and Accountability :

Deal Structuring & Execution :

  • Support team in structuring equity, debt, and hybrid financing solutions.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models for projects and transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of term sheets, contracts, and transaction documents.
  • Conduct benchmarking, valuation analysis, and scenario modeling.

Fundraising & Reporting :

  • Prepare investment materials including pitch decks and project information memorandum.
  • Market & Project Analysis

  • Research and analyse market trends in AI infrastructure, data centres, and clean energy financing.
  • Prepare competitor benchmarking and investment case studies.
  • Qualifications & Experience :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline; MBA, CFA, or CA is a plus.
  • Experience : 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, private equity, or corporate finance.,
  • Industry Knowledge : Exposure to infrastructure, energy, or technology projects is desirable.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to analyse complex financial and market data, identify trends, and propose strategic financing solutions.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively.
  • Key Skills :

  • A team player with good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • A self-motivator and a collaborative team player.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
