Job description
We are looking for a highly driven and relationship-focused professional to lead fundraising and investor engagement for our Alternate Investment Fund (AIF).
This role is ideal for someone with a strong network across HNIs, family offices, wealth management channels and institutional investors, combined with a deep understanding of private markets and AIF products.
As part of the core team, you will play a strategic role in building the investor base, managing relationships and ensuring a smooth investor onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive fundraising efforts for the fund through HNIs, Ultra HNIs, wealth management platforms, family offices and institutional investors.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective investors through active networking, outreach and relationship-building.
Conduct presentations, roadshows, webinars and one-on-one investor meetings to effectively communicate the fund's investment strategy, performance and value proposition.
Collaborate with the leadership team to create fundraising strategies, pitch decks, investor communications and marketing material.
Maintain strong investor relationships by providing timely updates, responding to queries, sharing reports and ensuring a high level of service.
Work closely with compliance, operations and legal teams to facilitate investor onboarding, KYC processes, documentation and reporting as per SEBI regulations.
Track fundraising targets, investor interest and conversion ratios while providing regular progress updates to management.
Support client servicing initiatives, including periodic reporting, annual meetings and performance reviews with existing investors.
Candidate Profile :
5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in fund raising, investor relations or business development within AIF's, PE / VC funds, PMS, wealth management or financial services.
Strong personal network of HNIs, wealth managers, distributors, family offices
