Role : Delivery Lead – IT Recruitment

Scope of Role :

Ushta Te looking for a competent Delivery Leader -IT Recruitment to provide workforce solutions to our portfolio of clients which includes a global top 3 tech company and the world's largest social media Network. Based on your allocated portfolio you would be responsible for team and client management and building relationships for sustainable partnerships in a growth-oriented environment.

Client Management :

• Understanding the client’s workforce objectives.
• Responsible for meeting the overall financial targets on the account.
• Work with support teams to ensure seamless functioning.
• Grievance / escalation management.
• Maintain regular contact with the POCs.
• Attend calibration calls. Seek clarity on the roles. Provide market insights. Voice challenges and suggest alternate skill sets when required.
• Attend Quarterly Business Meetings with the client. Ensure Ushta Te ratings are maintained.
• Be the repository of all data related to the client, including dashboards, headcounts etc.
