Exposure to IP / domain DNS setup in collaboration with the Operations team
Familiarity with tracking and analyzing key performance metrics in email deliverability
Basic knowledge of developing and using reports to evaluate the effectiveness of email strategies
Introduction to monitoring and maintaining email deliverability best practices
Involvement in data cleanup activities (unsubs, inactives, etc)
- Assistance in resolving blocks, blacklist listings, and addressing abuse complaints through collaboration with customers, ISPs, and antispam organizations
- Basic awareness of proactively identifying and resolving email delivery problems
- Soft Skills : Team lead with Experience into EMail Deliverability for 5+ Years
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Support in executing and promoting email marketing program strategies
- Communication of critical performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Collaboration with internal and external teams as needed
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and persist until a solution is foun
- Emphasis on doing things accurately every single time
- Ability to maintain focus to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changes seamlessly
- Comfortable explaining basic concepts both in writing and verbally
- Interest in participating in deliverability and anti-spam industry groups and forums
- Experience Desired : Familiarity with Linux, DNS Management, Database knowledge, and client consulting is a plus
- Exposure to MTA knowledge or scripting is an added advantage
