Job Summary :

ATS Corporate IT drives the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide infrastructure solutions across our global offices.

We are seeking a seasoned Manager IT Infrastructure with 15+ years of experience to lead our Bangalore-based infrastructure team and oversee the global delivery of secure, scalable, and highly available IT systems.

This role is ideal for a senior infrastructure leader who combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision, project ownership, and strong people leadership.

You will play a critical role in shaping infrastructure strategy, driving execution, and partnering with global teams to ensure reliable IT services for our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities :

Infrastructure Leadership :

• Own the end-to-end management of global infrastructure operations across Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, and Azure-based environments.
• Lead infrastructure modernization and cloud migration efforts, including hybrid identity design and datacenter consolidation.
• Define operational standards for scalability, performance, monitoring, automation, and business continuity.
• Architect robust, secure Azure infrastructure (compute, storage, networking) and hybrid connectivity (VPN, ExpressRoute, Azure Arc).
• Ensure high availability, resilience, and disaster recovery planning across systems and services.
