Healthcare & Pharma Business Development Lead

Position : BDM (Healthcare / Pharma)

Work Location : Hyderabad, India (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities :

Drive new business opportunities in Healthcare / Pharma sectors focused on US clients.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships with hospitals, CROs, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare providers.

Develop strategies to expand US business presence while operating from Hyderabad.

Collaborate with leadership to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Requirements :

• Minimum 9 years of proven success as a BDM.
• Strong network and domain experience in Healthcare or Pharma / Medical industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver results while working with international clients.
• Identify and approach hospitals, diagnostic centers, and medical device companies needing skilled staff (doctors, nurses, technicians, biomedical engineers, etc.).
• Develop contracts for short-term, long-term, and project-based manpower supply.
• Liaise with hospital HR / procurement to understand staffing requirements and compliance needs.
• Promote the agency's services in supplying specialized roles (ICU nurses, OT technicians, radiology staff, etc.).
• Build strong client networks with hospital administrators and department heads.
• Ensure supplied manpower meets medical qualifications, licensing, and regulatory norms.
