Shero Home Food is India's No.1 home food platform, dedicated to transforming homemakers into entrepreneurs. With a vision to revolutionise homemakers' roles, Shero enables women across India to become self-sufficient by cooking and selling homemade food. We are present in Swiggy & Zomato across Pan-India.

Role Description

1) This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager, based in Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai.

2) The Key Account Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of all our Kitchen partner accounts listed in Swiggy & Zomato, developing and executing business plans, and ensuring growth for each kitchen partners.

3) This role involves analytical tasks, strategic planning, promotion and providing exceptional relationships with the Swiggy & Zomato teams for running ads, monitoring performances and account reconciliations.

Qualifications

  • Must have worked in Swiggy, Zomato, or similar platforms for at least 3+ years.
  • Experience in Key Account Management and Customer Service
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities
  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining key accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think and execute the sales and marketing support for our kitchens
  • Previous experience in the food industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
