Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, monitor, and execute area working plans based on data insights and market research.
  • Drive implementation of company policies, strategies, and initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide effective leadership, coaching, and performance management to the TBM team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutional pharmacies.
  • Ensure effective communication of business goals and simplify complex information for team alignment.
  • Track area performance, conduct reviews, and provide actionable feedback.
  • Support demand generation activities, territory planning, and execution excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and ethical practices.

Stakeholder Engagement :

  • External : Doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, institutional pharmacies.
  • Internal : Territory Business Managers (TBMs), cross-functional teams, and organizational leadership.
  • Qualifications & Experience :

  • MBA is mandatory
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience
  • Strong analytical, planning, and monitoring skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
