Role -  Account Manager (Field Sales)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-driven  B2B Field Sales Executive  to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with business clients. This is a field-based role that requires regular client visits and travel within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Source, pitch, and close new SME business accounts.
  • You will be responsible for acquiring new business and achieve sales targets
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships independently.
  • Conduct face to face client meetings and present tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Generate leads via prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep CRM systems updated with accurate pipeline and performance data.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B field sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
  • Own vehicle and valid drivers license preferred.  (if applicable)
