Job description3 - 6 years in B2B sales (SaaS / IT / Cloud preferred). Comfortable selling to SMEs and business owners. Strong communication and follow-up discipline. Able to work independently in a small team. Must enjoy prospecting and building your own pipeline. Base salary : ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 / month Commission : 7-10% per deal Zero bureaucracy Direct work with founder Huge growth potential Remote work

What You’ll Do
- Generate your own leads (calls, LinkedIn, outreach, references).
- Handle inbound leads and convert them.
- Do demos and explain our Tally-on-Cloud platform.
- Prepare and send proposals.
- Follow up until closure.
- Update HubSpot CRM daily.
- Report weekly pipeline and progress.
