The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding key customer accounts. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships, driving sales performance, resolving customer issues, and identifying new business opportunities including brand collaborations and strategic partnerships.

- Build, maintain, and enhance long-term relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for retailers, and channel partners.
- Understand client needs, market trends, and technical requirements of robotic cleaning products to offer tailored solutions.
- Monitor account performance, satisfaction levels, and operational alignment.

Sales & Revenue GrowthAchieve sales targets for assigned accounts across online and offline channels.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling product lines.Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and promotional planning strategies.3.
Customer Issue ResolutionAddress and resolve customer concerns related to product performance, logistics, or after-sales service.Coordinate with technical support, product teams, and supply chain teams to ensure timely resolution.4.
Reporting & AnalysisTrack and analyze sales performance, market insights, and customer buying behavior in the robot vacuum segment.Prepare sales forecasts, account reviews, competitive analysis, and management reports.5.
Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, product category, and after-sales service teams.Support new product launches and promotional campaigns, and relay customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement.6.
Contract NegotiationLead negotiations on pricing, commercial terms, annual contracts, and promotional agreements.Ensure contracts align with business objectives and profitability requirements.7.
Business DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities, including cross-brand collaborations.Explore new markets and customer segments such as home appliance retailers, electronics chains, and online channels.Study market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the robotic cleaning market.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or business development.Experience in the consumer electronics or home appliance industry (robot vacuum cleaner segment preferred).Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.Strong understanding of sales strategy, forecasting, and account planning.Knowledge of robot vacuum cleaner product features, the competitive landscape, and technology trends is a plus.Proficient with CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
