Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through email support to international clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via email.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and feedback.
