Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound voice calls with customers from various international locations.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Document all interactions with customers accurately in the system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with international standards.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations effectively.Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.Flexibility to work in various shifts, including nights and weekends.Skills Required
