Job Criteria : -
- Proficiency In Hindi, English
- Good domain Knowledge
- 0-4 years of experience in BPO / Call Centre environment handling international voice process.
- Experience is mandatory
- Should have fluency in spoken (English & Hindi) and written language skills (English) with an ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate written response.
- Skill Set required : Problem Solving, customer service mindset, ownership, and conflict resolution skill
