Project Management Officer

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled

Project Manager

to be part of a

network migration project

across a distributed, global IT environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT with hands-on involvement or oversight in network migration initiatives. This role is fully remote and requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, virtual team setup.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the

network migration

project

ensure smooth cutovers with minimal disruption.

Follow and manage detailed migration plans, schedules, and documentation.

Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure issues are resolved promptly.

Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables

Ensure clear and consistent communication across all teams and stakeholders, adapting to different cultural and technical backgrounds.

Prepare and present progress reports and post-migration summaries in professional, fluent English.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Experience in the IT field, with a strong preference for

network migration project experience .

Excellent

English communication skills

– both written and spoken.

Proven ability to work remotely with

multi-national teams

across different time zones.

Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with

network technologies

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with large-scale or multi-site

network transitions .

Prior experience collaborating with network engineering or infrastructure teams.

Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM) are a plus.
