About the Role

To strengthen our government outreach, we are seeking a proactive Tender Management Associate to handle the end-to-end lifecycle of government tenders — from identification to submission and reporting. The role requires strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tender processes simultaneously across platforms like GeM , CPPP , and State e-Procurement portals .

This position is ideal for someone who understands the complete tendering process and can independently manage the search–tracking–reporting workflow .

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track tenders daily on platforms such as GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals.
• Identify and shortlist relevant tenders aligned with the organization's capabilities.
• Manage end-to-end tender processes including :
• Document preparation and compliance verification.
• Coordination for pre-bid meetings and clarifications.
• Submission of technical and financial bids.
• Post-submission follow-ups and documentation.
• Maintain a centralized Tender Tracker with real-time status updates.
• Create and manage tender dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / Power BI) to track performance metrics.
