Job description

Your Tasks

  • Collaboration in the IT Project Management Office
  • Support in the creation of top management presentations as well as in strategic initiatives & projects
  • Preparation and follow-up of management meetings and workshops
  • Creation of evaluations on project status regarding progress, resources, and budget
  • Maintenance and administration of various portals and tools, including reporting

Your qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Strategic Management, International Management, or a comparable field of study
  • Experience in agile project management is desirable
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams) and Power Bi, Tableau or similar
  • Basic knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence
  • High motivation, reliability, and flexibility
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
