Job descriptionMasters Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Strategic Management, International Management, or a comparable field of study Experience in agile project management is desirable Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams) and Power Bi, Tableau or similar Basic knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence High motivation, reliability, and flexibility Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Your Tasks
- Collaboration in the IT Project Management Office
- Support in the creation of top management presentations as well as in strategic initiatives & projects
- Preparation and follow-up of management meetings and workshops
- Creation of evaluations on project status regarding progress, resources, and budget
- Maintenance and administration of various portals and tools, including reporting
