InCommon is hiring a B2B Sales Professional on behalf of a Bangalore-based company.
We are looking for a high-calibre sales professional with 5–8 years of proven experience in enterprise / institutional sales , particularly selling to HR leaders and CXOs (many of our key clients are CTOs). This is not a typical sales role - it's an opportunity to build and scale the corporate sales function from the ground up .
What you'll do :
- Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to deal closure - as a one-person army in the first year.
- Build and lead a 3–4 member corporate sales team within 12 months, and scale it to 20+ by the second year.
- Drive consultative, research-based selling - engaging both CXOs on business strategy and junior stakeholders on operational details.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers get the most value out of our solutions.
