About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Manager to establish and grow our operations in Bangalore. The role involves client handling, lead generation, managing field sales, coordinating with transporters, and setting up a local warehouse for smooth deliveries. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and leading a sales team in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new B2B clients and manage existing accounts in Bangalore.
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and relationship management.
Drive lead generation and ensure consistent sales growth.
Conduct field visits to meet clients and expand the customer base.
Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely delivery.
Play a key role in setting up a warehouse in Bangalore for efficient operations.
Build, train, and lead a local sales team.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports on sales performance, client pipeline, and targets.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing.
4–7 years of experience in field sales and client handling (preferably B2B / packaging / logistics / e-commerce industry).
Strong lead generation and negotiation skills.
Fluent in Hindi, English, and Kannada (mandatory).
Ability to manage transporters, warehouse setup, and team-building.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
Strong reporting and coordination skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
