Key Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze requirements from real estate business stakeholders (sales, leasing, marketing, property management) to capture CRM and workflow needs specific to the real estate industry.
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to real estate business processes such as lead management, opportunity tracking, inventory management, bookings, contract management, and customer service.
- Configure Salesforce modules (primarily Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) to address unique real estate requirements like project and unit mapping, property lifecycle management, and payment tracking.
- Integrate Salesforce with other real estate systems (property listing portals, ERP systems for inventory and finance, marketing platforms).
- Develop custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows to enhance real estate processes such as lead nurturing, property allocations, payment schedules, and contract generation.
- Maintain and automate business rules for real estate scenarios such as site visits, customer follow-ups, KYC compliance, and document management.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for sales pipeline, inventory status, collection schedules, and agent performance.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and IT teams to continuously improve system functionality and user adoption specific to the property sector.
- Ensure data security, privacy (including customer and property data), and compliance with industry regulations within the Salesforce environment.
- Stay updated on Salesforce enhancements and best practices relevant to the real estate industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Educational Qualification : Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or an MBA or equivalent.Experience : 3–4+ years of Salesforce development / analyst experience, with preference for exposure to the real estate industry.Technical Skills :Proven expertise in Salesforce platform customization (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL).Experience with real estate process automations (site visit scheduling, payment plans, booking workflows).Strong grasp of system integrations, especially with real estate listing sites, ERP systems, and marketing automation platforms.Proficiency using Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards).Certifications : Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator) are advantageous.Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with real estate sales / marketing cycles, inventory management, and property documentation processes.Soft Skills : Strong analytical and communication skills; experience supporting cross-functional real estate teams.Preferred Skills :
Experience :Experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations for real estate developers, agents, or property management companies.Familiarity with CRM mobile app customization for field sales / agents.Additional Tools : Exposure to CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and community portals for brokers or buyers.Regulatory Knowledge : Knowledge of real estate regulations, KYC / AML processes as they relate to CRM system design.Skills Required
