About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with deep expertise in Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The role requires strong analytical, functional, and communication skills to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The candidate should have proven experience working in Agile environments as a Business Analyst and Product Owner, with the ability to lead requirement gathering, perform feasibility checks, and drive successful Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements for Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Conduct PoCs and feasibility checks to validate business requirements against Salesforce capabilities.
  • Organize requirements into logical feature sets for delivery in Agile sprints.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements into functional designs.
  • Create functional specifications, business use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage Agile ceremonies and ensure backlog grooming and prioritization.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) programs and validate solutions against original requirements.
  • Provide Salesforce functional expertise to enhance Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Quoting solutions.
  • Drive stakeholder communication and alignment across business and technology teams.
  • Identify and resolve data and process-related issues within Salesforce.
  • Ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business goals.
  • Act as a Salesforce Functional Analyst and Agile Product Owner where required.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to maximize Salesforce adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 8 - 13 years of overall experience with at least 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Salesforce projects.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with PoCs and feasibility checks for business requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies with proven track record as a Product Owner.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering, refinement, prioritization, and documentation.
  • Strong ability to conduct UAT planning, execution, and validation.
  • Basic configuration skills in Salesforce (e.g., page layout modifications).
  • Experience with Salesforce custom applications development and functional testing.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and issue-resolution capabilities.
  • Ability to actively listen in technical discussions and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Experience in Agile Project Management platforms (e.g., JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps).

    • Good to Have :

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
  • Exposure to CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions.
  • Experience in data migration and integration projects.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboarding capabilities.
