Job Description :

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst / Salesforce Consultant who will act as a key liaison between stakeholders and the technical team, helping to design and implement effective Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Salesforce functionality, business analysis practices, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities :

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for Salesforce-driven improvements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects to design scalable solutions.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps and functional specs.
• Lead and support testing efforts, including UAT planning and execution.
• Conduct user training and create adoption support materials.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.
• Monitor system usage and performance; recommend optimizations and enhancements.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform developments and advise on best practices.
