US Recruitment Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of 15+ recruiters, ensuring high performance and target achievement.
• Oversee recruitment delivery for government staffing business through various MSPs, ensuring adherence to client requirements and service excellence.
• Act as the primary liaison with MSPs, VMS platforms, and direct clients , building strong, trust-based relationships.
• Develop and implement robust processes to enhance team efficiency and meet recruitment targets.
• Provide technical expertise by clearly explaining job requirements to the team and guiding them on sourcing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality results.
• Drive the team's professional development through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
