Role Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Assurance Manager to join our dynamic team and ensure that every Darwinbox Implementation delivers the desired transformational value to our enterprise users.
The Delivery Assurance Manager serves as a key liaison between implementation teams, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all deliverables meet defined quality standards, timelines are adhered to, and client expectations are exceeded throughout the implementation lifecycle alongside ensuring their readiness to manage the system in the long run.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Delivery Management
- Oversee end-to-end Delivery Assurance for multiple concurrent Darwinbox Enterprise implementations across modules and geographies
- Ensure adherence to Darwinbox’s Implementation methodology ‘Inflexion’ and established best practices
- Drive timebound corrective actions via Client and Implementation Team leadership to ensure that the required resources with desired capabilities are available for the project.
- Serve as the strategic compass to ensure that Day 1 desired value is delivered on go-live based upon the E3 methodology (Experience, Effectiveness and Efficiency).
Quality Assurance and Risk Management
Identify potential risks, issues, and bottlenecks early and develop mitigation strategiesEnsures that regular delivery checkpoints and quality reviews are carried out and corrective actions completed in time throughout the implementation lifecycleImplement continuous improvement initiatives based on lessons learned and improvements loop closed with client, implementation teams and other internal stakeholders.Steer Risk Management and Mitigation discussions during Steering Committee Meetings and leadership connections.Client Relationship Management
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance at every stage of the project and enabling the client to Champion the ‘Thriving in the Cloud’ approach.Handle escalations and work collaboratively with clients to resolve complex issuesDrive client engagement initiatives and maintain strong relationships throughout the project durationOversee Implementation Team to User handovers post-implementation and ensure successful transition in conjunction with Darwinbox Customer Success Teams.Process Optimisation and Innovation
Design and refine delivery processes, methodologies, and documentation; maintain and progressively improve delivery templates, checklists, and knowledge repositoriesAnalyze delivery metrics and provide insights for organizational improvementStay current with HR technology trends and integrate innovative approaches into delivery practicesAct as custodian of the Delivery Scorecard and corresponding actions for Implementations teams.Lead special projects focused on integrating AI tools into Delivery Assurance Processes.Qualifications
10 years of experience in HRMS / SaaS implementation (HR domain preferred), with 4+ years in Darwinbox / Workday / similar global HCM platforms deploymentsBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fieldMBA degree preferred (MBA, MS in Technology Management or equivalent)Certifications like Darwinbox, PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma or Agile / Scrum Master preferredDeep understanding of HR Business Processes across multiple modules : Core HR, Talent Development and Management, Employee Engagement, Payroll, leave, attendance and others.Skills & Competencies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsProficient in planning tools (JIRA, MS Projects or similar Project Management tools) and MS Office suiteFamiliarity with data migration, APIs, Excel / SQL / spreadsheetsStrong project governance, risk mitigation, and multi-stakeholder coordination capabilitiesAbility to prioritize, multitask, and drive projects under tight timelineAbout Darwinbox :
