Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
- Monitor team performance and ensure SLAs are met.
- Improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Work closely with clients to understand and prioritize hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company and client policies.
- Generate reports and provide insights for leadership.
Must-Have Skills :
