Role : Customer Success Associate (Hybrid)

  • Compensation : ₹2.0 – 3.5 LPA (based on experience)

  • What You’ll Do

  • Be the first line of support for our clients to Log and triage service requests via tickets, chat, or email.
  • Guide customers through platform workflows and dashboards
  • Escalate technical issues to L2 when needed
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and follow up until closure
  • Ensure process compliance and deliver high customer satisfaction
  • You Bring

  • BCA / MCA / Engineering Graduate with 0–2 years experience
  • Strong communication skills, customer empathy & responsiveness to ensure they are successful with QuickMetrix.
  • Readiness to work in shifts
  • Nice to have : Exposure to SaaS tools or CRM / ticketing systems; Prior BPO / chat / tech support experience
