Responsibilities

• Handling inbound or outbound calls related to sales, renewals, collections, and customer service.
• Assisting customers with queries, complaints, policy renewals, or collections.
• Persuading customers for retention and upselling opportunities.
• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales / service targets.
• Maintaining accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system.
• Following company compliance standards, quality benchmarks, and process guidelines.
