We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a customer service agent. The role involves a blend of case management and managing incoming lines to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer queries and issues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Language fluency : English AND Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Punjabi / Marathi / Gujarati / Hindi / Oriya / Bengali / Malayalam / Assamese
Key Responsibilities :
- Providing prompt, frictionless, consistent and delightful customer service
- Working with other customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.
- Identifying root causes of customer issues, areas for improvement and providing valuable feedback to business and development teams.
- Assisting with customer communication during critical launches and support events.
- Maintaining and improving NPS / CSAT
