Bhairavi World , renowned for european chocolates and sophisticated gifting, is looking for one driven customer service executive and one assistant sales manager with a passion for luxury and retail experience for our new Flagship Store in Nariman Point.

Job Description :

Key responsibilities will include :

  • Driving Sales and Achieving Targets : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue, focusing on both individual sales and overall store performance.
  • Exceptional Customer Experience : Cultivate a client-centric environment where every customer receives personalized attention, expert guidance, and a memorable luxury shopping experience.
  • Store Operations and Visual Merchandising : Oversee daily store operations, ensuring impeccable presentation, adherence to brand guidelines, and effective inventory management.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Market Awareness and Competitor Analysis : Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the luxury retail sector in Mumbai.
  • Reporting and Analysis : Provide regular sales reports, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • A Proven Track Record in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector, with a demonstrable history of exceeding sales targets.

  • Impeccable Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Articulate, confident, and adept at building rapport with clients. Fluency in English is essential.
