We are hiring for an International BPO – Customer Service with Upselling role in Thane, Mumbai .

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading Australian Telecom process , providing customer support while engaging in value-based upselling.

Location : Thane, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Role : Customer Service Executive – Australian Telecom (Voice Process)

Salary : Competitive, based on experience + attractive incentives

Shift : Australia Shift – 3 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM (any 9 working hours)

Work Days : 5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls for Australian telecom customers
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and concerns
• Recommend and upsell telecom products and services to customers
• Maintain accuracy in customer records and ensure satisfaction
• Work towards achieving sales and service targets
